Do you believe in Aliens?

It was revealed today that 1 in 10 people in the US believe that Aliens are responsible for the disappearance of Malaysian Airlines flight MH370.

How is it that 10% of a highly educated nation that values science and logic are prepared to believe in something they’ve never seen and something they have never had any evidence for?

My hypothesis is this:  Film and television almost continually present to the public from a very young age, plausible images of aliens in one form or another within the context of stories that stir our emotions.  In effect, people have seen aliens – just not in real life.  And it seems for many, that is all the evidence they need.

The implications for those of us who would be seeking to advance the ‘Counter-Culture Kingdom’ are that by producing quality, plausible, well-researched, emotion-stirring stories, we can present  truth in such a way that it becomes palatable for our general current culture.

Ever changing; Thy Kingdom come
